Sakiori Done; Pics at Eleven

The Sakiori is done, washed, blocked, and currently drying at home. I haven’t added any post-pattern touches yet, like adding some toggles that a dear friend got for me. But I think it looks pretty nifty as-is. I’ll get some pics of it this evening if it’s dry when I get home.

I’m taking Red Hat certification classes all this week and studying in my off time, so no knitting and very few updates for a while.

I think I’m going to make i-chord with little loops at both ends, then put three toggles on each side. I think that will look good; we’ll see. It’s very dynamic at this point. :-)

Did you do the i-cord thingies? I’ve been thinking about using those instead of regular buttonholes on Mom’s Christmas jacket, which has honking huge buttons. Let me know if they work.
