When I was a kid, I always wanted a really, really long scarf.

Can’t decide if you look really cold,or really warm.
I’m assuming that’s you under all that wool. ;-]

Emma, trust me, I’m very warm. I think it was only like 40°.

Michelle, I tried riding my bike with that monster on one time. Not a good idea.

Between the all-black and the Tom Waits, I’m getting a little worried about you!

He’s alright. I think it’s just the tail-end of the Ford pick’em up truck that lends to the general sense of depression in the photo. Fords always seem to make people sad.

    Wait.

    I drive a Ford.

    Now I’m sad. :(
    See?

Way back in the day, my first boyfriend was into Dr. Who (the first one — am I dating myself terribly?). So for a Christmas present I wanted to crochet a long royal purple scarf for him.

*Not that I knew how*, but I did anyway.

It was awful, but he loved that thing.

  7. David Says:

    Carlene,
You’re not dating yourself at all. Dr. Who is timeless. (Pardon the pun.)
I’m impressed that you crocheted a scarf for him without already being into it. Damn.
