		<description>"Terrible Knitter of Kent" - that's awesome!  Sounds like something from a Monty Python sketch.  I'm going to go check it out right now.

I'll keep you informed if I run across/write up a pamphlet-sized set of instructions for a top-down Aran.</description>

I had never heard of it but was very glad to have Karen explain it so clearly.  Sounds like a great tool for lace knitting.

Thank you for referring me to the top-down aran pattern on-line.  I'll check it out.
