How do you make an i-chord? I'm knitting a bag, and it says, "Make an i-chord," then doesn't give any instructions. Thanks in advance. Love your blog.

It`s just....what`s that word again?? "-Nydelig! Deilig!! Råflott!!!" -but that`s my language-Norwegian, but You`ll get my drift, ehh??
I fell in Love, the first time I saw the pattern, and NOW I have got it, & just waiting to get well, so I can go shop the yarn....
It is so beautiful, I love the colours You have used, and if, (I ment, WHEN) it all goes to heeck for me, I can go back to Your site for a closer look.... My first really "big" project knitted from english pattern...but, hey; Don`t worry, be happy!! RIGHT?? ;-)

NICE! You'll definitely need to line it if you want to carry anything heavy.

Try lining the bag (and one side of the strap, perhaps?) to make it more weight-friendly. Worked like a charm on my last bag! It's not so hard, just sew a little bag of the same (or slightly smaller) dimensions with the right side of the fabric inside, then sew across the top of the bag.

You've done a brilliant job on the bag, I really love it. Did you keep the dimensions? I'm thinking of maybe shrinking it down a bit so it's more of a purse than a carry-all. Anyways be proud of yourself for all of your wonderful work :)

Very lovely!

I'm another one who is curious about it's carry-durrability -- esp. the strap. After making a few felted items, it seems to me like knit bags are best when not too much structure is required of them -- or whatever you will be carrying in them is not very heavy .

Very nice. Also, tell us if it gives you the ability to bound across rooftops, catch arrows midair, etc.
