When I first saw this, I thought it was something made of plastic! Actually, it’s an ice formation caused by water vapor coming from the plant (frozen) in the middle. I’d never seen one before, but then I don’t know that I’ve ever been in the Texas Hill Country when it was this cold for this long before. Isn’t it gorgeous?
