On track, back
I’ve done the armhole divide and started the back of the Bastille cables.
Yesterday I drove up to Austin for a date. I got horribly lost and was somewhere between an hour and an hour and a half late picking her up. Not exactly an auspicious start. But we had a very pleasant lunch at a cool place called Z Tejas. On the way back to my car, I ran into a man with a very solidly-built bulldog who was splayed out on the sidewalk. When I pulled out my phone to take a picture, she got up and posed very nicely for the pic:

It goes to show you that just because you’re only a foot tall and have a face like a cinder block, that doesn’t mean you can’t be beautiful.

That’s it? That’s all the info we get about the date? You’re holding out on us, sweets.

Hey — good luck on your cafe bastille cables! I’d love to make this sweater for my DH someday … Did you see Valentina Devine? I really like her work. I wanted to stop and say thanks for the Visiknit … I think I’ll be using it!! Jenifer
