Sweater Project

Here’s the beginning of the Henna shawl from Stahman’s Shawls & Scarves:

It’s a bit complicated to get going, but once you’ve established the top shaping it’s just garter stitch straight on down. Good mostly-mindless knitting for movies, coffee breaks and driving.

Yes, driving.

Man, my head hurts. I spent all day fighting with a program which I’d made minor changes to. After the changes, it went from taking 2 minutes to run to taking 20 minutes to run. This is bad, very bad. I stayed at work until a quarter to eight and finally tracked down the problem. I managed to not only fix it, but reduce the run time to a minute twenty seconds. But oh, my head.

I just hope I can remember what I did tomorrow . . .
