Now it’s the legs
Ow. Ow. Ow.
For a non-human, Maya can be quite the bittch. Today was my fourth workout with her, the second one I managed to get all the way through. Each session, she selects a different focus for the workout.
Last Friday, it was upper body strength. My biceps are still a little bit sore. Today, it was lower body strength. Lots of lunges with weights. I can already tell it’s going to be painful walking tomorrow.
Ahhh. Self-inflicted pain is the best.
