Knitting for the noodle

Here’s what all the fashionable young Whos in Whoville will be wearing this holiday seasion:

Seuss Hat

Kelly’s doing a ropes course someplace really, really cold this Winter and she wanted a very warm and stylish hat. I belive I’ve provided that.

I am really pleased with the way this came out. It’s knit in some insanely bulky yarn that I don’t have the label to, but I’ll do another version in Lamb’s Pride Bulky to standardize the measurements.

I’m going to try and crank out another one of these this afternoon and put down the directions as I go.

i’ve been entertaining myself this weekend googling people from the past and came across this. i think what i find most interesting is the sheer volume of pictures, given how photo-averse you used to be. i have photographic evidence of the photo-aversion, if you would like.

    Very cute!
It must be the colder weather (at least in some places! Maybe not Texas!) causing hat experimentation. Today I am making rat ears for my hoodie. They may become attached to an entire Rat Hat.
Anyway I like the pointy purple thing!
