"... cycling is a remedy for dyspepsia, torpid liver, incipient consumption, nervous exhaustion, rheumatism and melancholia."
-- Frances Willard, A Wheel Within a Wheel, 1895

You know its true!
I'm needing to get pedaling just about now too.
Happy New Year!

Yikes, sounds like a crisis of the spirit. I've found a couple of things that might help (although it may end up being the equivalent of the 6-month bike ride): an hour of kick-boxing followed by an hour of yoga. It's very cathartic, even though the combination kinda says "I shall maintain my inner serenity while I kick your *ass*." :-)

Hang in there, kid.

Seattle is pretty far and you could do it in 6 months. You're welcome anytime :) Glad your holiday was good. Ours was filled with the happy squealing of a toddler.
