Okay, then you need to write about what the trick is. I’m with ya’…fair isle and the lack of ends to weave in would be a marvelous thing. But when I tried cabled color work in fair isle, I had lost of wonky tension issues (gaps near the cables and puckering in the straight aways).

Ok, I’m impressed. I hadn’t thought of that either, but then again, I’m not brave (insane) enough to try colorwork and cables together anyway. Makes my palms sweat and my head woozy to think about it.
