Another pair out the door

I finished another set of Socks of Doom. Because I ran out of the white yarn I was using, I spliced in some yellow yarn after the heel turn.

I realize now that these socks look like ducks. Do you see it?

And as I discovered while watching The Grudge 2 with my friend Jennifer last night, the addition of a red light beneath the “bill” transforms them into . . . DEMON DUCK SOCKS!!!

Next up on the sock knitting front: some feather and fan socks from “Socks · Socks · Socks” by Elaine Rowley, using the Lorna’s Laces yarn that AmpuTeeHee sent me in exchange for her wheelchair throwies.

    I agree with Stephieface and add the eyes, but I would also duplicate stitch, “Wabbit Season!” running up the calf…hahaha.

    Nice. I like it. I have tree frog socks, myself. The only difference being that the tree frog socks were intentional.
