Fanning and Feathering
Between fiddling with my camera and organizing my stash, I’ve gotten a little bit of knitting in. Not nearly as much as St. Stephanie, true, but it’s my own little contribution to the world of cozy feet.
The pattern is the Feather and Fan sock from Socks Socks Socks by Elaine Rowley (the pattern itself is from Judith Sumner). The yarn is Lorna’s Laces in the Mineshaft colorway, from the lovely, talented and frequently saucy AmpuT - part of our top secret yarn-for-throwies exchange program.

Doesn’t that pattern go like the wind? Maybe it’s the holes.

St. Stephanie, full of grace, the needles are with thee. Blessed art thou amongst knitters and blessed is the fruit of thy labor, socks. Be with us now and in the hour of kitchener stitch. Amen.
I think I may start a pair of socks this weekend. I have some brand spanky new knitpicks circs in 1’s that I haven’t used yet. *squee* And lots of stash to work from.

Fab socks pattern. I have the book and have been debating on keeping it or putting it on the Destash blog. Thanks for convincing me to keep it!
