I opened up my dryer this morning, and what should tumble out first?

Warm, soft shifty socks!

There’s something eminently satisfying about putting on a pair of socks for everyday use that you made yourself. I gotta make some more of these babies. But that’s going to have to wait for a while as I’ve already indentured myself to my team at work, and I’ve got a whole lot of foot warmers queued up for creation.

Maybe I’ll take a break to make more for myself as “palate cleansers”, as Juno would say.
