Well, Lilith, it sounds like you need to make a geographical change if “Connecticut doesn’t feel right.” I am all for helping the Kilted One– or hadn’t you noticed?! I also enjoyed spending time with you at the YB when you were here last spring.

I hopped on the scale when I got home: no change. Trade school has really changed my metabolism, I guess. I wish I could’ve stayed in TX longer… Connecticut doesn’t feel right.

…drought then flooding? That’s a recipe for a locust plague. Locusts, in their “solitary” form lay eggs each year. Some hatch where conditions are favorable and some do not. When several years of dry weather is followed by a year of more favorable conditions, all those eggs that have been sitting in the ground emerge all at once into the “gregarious” form of locust. Their behavior and sometimes their coloration changes in the gregarious form. And then they eat everything in sight.

So where do I sign up as company for my meal? Either you have huge plates or the amount of food on (Lilith’s) plate is the reason she is so slim! Been missing you at the YB on Sat. There are a lot of hens who miss the Kilted One! Glad you have been enjoying yourself….

There are very few activities that I can think of when SO visits that follow this exact pattern…… you’re testing pogo sticks aren’t you? That or eating lots of sugar.

Your camera takes some kickin’ pics of fireworks. I was hanging out with friends at Mimi’s Cafe and we lost track of time. I guess we didn’t miss much.

So, since you’re cooking, would Lillith mind if the knitters invaded for some French toast…? C’mon, share the luv. Or please pass the maple syrup. Haha
