Vest is done!

All that remains is the washing and light blocking.
Now on to socks with a vengance. I’m about to finish a pair for myself, and I decided to use some of Amanda’s awesome Fusion yarn in the Serenity colorway to make a pair for a friend who’s having a really rough time at work.

Beautiful! I really want to knit this one up for my Sweetie now! I want to knit more socks too. I’ve knit only 2 pair since Christmas: one for me (yeah) and one for Aimee, my daughter (The yarn was a Christmas 2006 gift,[ I lost that sock making feeling for a while!] but she loves them now!)

I have been struggling with socks the past week. I discovered that DPNs are not my friend. Hey, that rhymes! (sorry, easily amused)…
This vest looks AWESOME! You should be very proud of it.
