It's all stuff leftover from our fresh local organic farm veggies and the fresh local organic farm chickens (dang, if I ain't some kind of hippy chick!). I'm kind of excited about it getting cool enough for a nice chunky vegetable soup or a nice warm chicken noodle soup. We've also got quite a stock (no pun intended) of tomatoes that we canned.
